Because we care about our animals and where they
go, we do have a "first right to refusal" policy on all our animals.
This policy is included in our animal sale contract "part 6". Should you
(the original owner) not keep or offer for sale any animal you purchased
from us please contact us immediately either by phone or e-mail. We will
not pass judgment or ask any questions on why you decided not to keep
your animal, our only concern is the animals wellbeing. Please read the
adoption contract for
more information.
"Part 6~ First Right to Refusal
- Parties agree that the breeder has first
right of refusal if the animal is not kept for any reason by the
original owner for 50% of the original purchase price. The "owner"
must give the "breeder" at up to 6 weeks to come up with the total
amount due to complete adoption. Shipping if applicable will be paid
by the breeder.
- Please contact us immediately upon deciding
to give up your animal. We will not pass judgment or ask any
questions on why you decided to sell your animal.
- Should we pass on buying your animal back, we
will help find a qualified home for your animal. Please contact us
for more information."
