Returns
Due to the nature of our products, we can not offer refunds/exchanges on our items for the protection of the animals. All our items are made with safety first and all designs are tested extensively to ensure the safety of all animals. Check your items in your cages often to prevent possible injuries.

Shipping
All orders are shipped using priority mail service via USPS with delivery confirmation.

Premade Items
Premade items are shipped 7-10 business days following payment received. Business days are Monday-Friday. Please note that priority shipping time (2-3 days) does NOT include processing time.

Custom Items
Custom orders are shipped from 4-6 weeks following payment received. Larger orders may take a bit longer. Please note that priority shipping time (2-3 days) does NOT include processing time.

Combination premade/custom orders
If you order a combination of premade and custom items, your order will not be shipped until your custom order is completed. If you need your premade items before your custom order is available to be shipped, please order them separately.
